Description
The work on the project coincided with the peak of the Telegram Mini-Apps market — the first half of 2024, during which the phenomena of Notcoin and Hamster Kombat emerged.
I worked as a UX/UI designer. I really enjoyed working on this project, as I am part of the target audience and immersion in the project was quite rapid. At the initial stages, I identified the most critical issues for users in my category based on personal experience and the experience of those around me.
I proposed ideas to improve the product, outlined and described important mechanics.
Onboarding
Problem
New users often do not understand how to start working with NFTs and what opportunities the application provides.
Solution
I developed a three-stage onboarding process:
Familiarization with the process of creating collections
Explanation of the task system and its benefits
Presentation of the achievement and rewards system

Creating a Collection
Problem
Creating an NFT collection often requires technical knowledge and poses difficulties for new users.
Solution
I developed a three-stage collection creation process:
Basic information about the collection (name, description, category, links)
Choosing the type of collection (one NFT, several NFTs, import via CSV)
Setting parameters (royalties, price, collection size, time frames)
Why this solution?
Breaking the process into steps makes it less daunting for newcomers
The CSV upload feature is convenient for experienced users
We tested the collection creation process during corridor research, and the staged approach turned out to be the most successful

Gamification
Problem
Users often lose interest in the platform after the first use. There is insufficient motivation for repeat NFT purchases.
Solution
I studied the mechanics of competitors in the field of Telegram mini-apps and NFT applications. Before developing mechanics, I proposed hypotheses and tested them through surveys and corridors. I developed a comprehensive gamification system:
Bonus balance for purchasing NFTs with a transparent accrual system
Achievements system with different levels of progress
Visual progress bar for each achievement
Daily and weekly tasks with increasing rewards
Referral system with multi-level bonuses for both parties
